Milan and Juventus took a close look at Morten Frendrup in the most recent Serie A round, as the Rossoneri squared off versus Genoa on the pitch, while scouts of the Old Lady were in the stands at San Siro.

Per Tuttomercatoweb’s Mirko Di Natale, Liverpool and more Premier League clubs are very keen on the Dane as well. The Bianconeri are ready to offer some youngsters who might interest the counterparty, such as Enzo Barrenechea, Fabio Miretti, and Tommaso Barbieri. His price tag is roughly €20M.

Milan and Juventus have been keeping tabs on Frendrup throughout the season. He extended his contract until 2028 in recent months. That gives the Grifone more negotiating power, but it doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll stay put, Calciomercato informs.

The Rossoneri like him a lot as well and intend to shore up their midfield one way or the other. However, they’ll have to wait for the call about their coach before finalizing their transfer market strategies.

Our Take on Juventus, Milan, and Frendrup

He’s not superb but is the type of all-around and energetic contributor any side could use. He’d be an excellent deputy for Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the Rossoneri’s current scheme, but they might tweak it, at least personnel-wise, without Stefano Pioli. The Old Lady has a lot of balls in the air at the position and might need several additions. A versatile and potentially cheap one, if they successfully arranged a swap, would be very welcomed.
