AC Milan are working to add quality alternatives to Stefano Pioli’s squad, with the priorities being a right-back and a young striker to accompany Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud.

After the arrivals of Giroud, Brahim Diaz and Ballo Toure, the Milan management is looking to further strengthen the Rossoneri squad with Kaio Jorge and Diogo Dalot, as reported by Milannews.it.

The Brazilian attacker has a contract with Santos until the end of December and could, consequently, arrive n Italy on a free transfer in the next transfer window.

However, Maldini and Massara want to anticipate the intense competition and buy the player immediately by paying a couple of million euros. The problem is that the asking price of the Brazilian team is, at the moment, somewhat higher.

The situation is more or less similar also with regards to a potential return of Diogo Dalot to the San Siro. For Milan, he is the right player, but Manchester United do not want to let him go cheaply.

The Red Devils want 5-6 million euros for the loan of the Portuguese international with an option to buy inserted in the deal as well. Thus, at this point, it does not seem easy to resolve, but Maldini and Massara are convinced of bringing the defender back to Milanello.
