Milan have had a nightmare restart to their campaign following the recent international break, losing two of their three games so far, with the most recent draw against Napoli also bringing with it a whole new set of problems. The injury list just keeps growing for Stefano Pioli, with Pierre Kalulu the latest to be sidelined for a lengthy period of time.
The Rossoneri’s defensive woes have been compounded with the layoff of Kalulu, who is set to undergo surgery after suffering a lesion of the left rectus femoris tendon.
