Paris Saint-Germain have plenty of options to consider amid reports that Kylian Mbappé will exit this summer. Reports indicate that Napoli standout Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is among the top contenders.

With the 25-year-old’s exit, the Parisians will have money to spend if the Frenchman does leave. As a result, they can take any route if they need to replace the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Football Italia), PSG is compiling a list of potential replacements for Mbappe in the summer. Among those considered are Kvaratskhelia, alongside his Napoli teammate Victor Osimhen, and Milan star Rafael Leao, among other options.

The 23-year-old Georgian winger has struggled to perform at his best in Campania this season, facing frustration and low confidence amidst the team’s on and off-field challenges. He has managed only six goals and five assists in 33 games so far.

Despite his struggles, Kvaratskhelia remains on his initial contract signed in 2022, earning €1.2m net per season, including add-ons. While his agent is pushing for a new deal, Aurelio De Laurentiis is in no hurry, preferring to wait until summer.

Kvaratskhelia is signed with Napoli until June 2027, and it might not be simple to lure him away from the Serie A team since De Laurentiis is known for being a tough negotiator.
