Lazio are still interested in picking up Emerson Palmieri but now they’ll have to reportedly fend off competition from Nottingham Forest.
The Biancocelesti have finally closed out the deal for Ivan Provedel, allowing them to turn their attention onto the left back issue. Lazio clearly need to sign a new left back before this summer’s transfer window ends, with Elseid Hysaj failing to convince last season.

Lazio are keen to pick up the Euro 2020 winner but first they need to sell Hysaj, something which is taking longer than they’d hoped.
Gennaro Gattuso’s Valencia are interested in the Albanian full back but a deal still hasn’t been ironed out with the Biancocelesti, stopping the club from making a move for Emerson.
Chelsea are willing to send away Emerson on a loan deal and updates are expected in the coming weeks.
