The former Liverpool and England striker Michael Owen has questioned why did Sadio Mane leave Liverpool, one fan has summed it up perfectly. When the African superstar won the AFCON the Liverpool management didn’t show him the respect he deserved, where as Bayern celebrated the achievement the minute he came in the door.
Was the Senegal star under appreciated at Anfield by the management? He certainly wasn’t by the fans, as on his day Mane was one of the best players in the world. The 30 year old has now moved to German giants Bayern Munich and it will be an interesting move for the African superstar.
