Arsenal hero Ray Parlour says they must keep hold of Thomas Partey.

The Ghana midfielder is being linked with Juventus this month.

But Parlour told Tipsbladet: "If they won't give him the long-term contract he wants, it might be better to let him go.

"He has been somewhat injury-prone, and Arsenal probably doesn't want to put the money on the table that his agent wants.

"So, it might quickly prove better to let him go and get some money for him instead. It's all about the right balance.

"It's the same situation they faced with Granit Xhaka; if you lose him, you lose him, and let's move on.

"But in an ideal world, I believe a player like Partey should be at least part of the squad if Arsenal wants to win the title."
