Luca Pellegrini wants to return to Lazio this summer and is waiting for the move as Juventus work to find him a new home.

The 24-year-old Italian left back spent the second half of last season on loan with the Biancocelesti but didn’t make a permanent move at the end of the campaign, with his buy option not being activated.

Despite that, Lazio and Maurizio Sarri are still keen to bring back Pellegrini this summer, but are currently focusing on other targets like a new winger and midfielder.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Juventus are not relying on Lazio to make a move for Pellegrini, so they’re open to any destination, including the interested Bologna and Nice.

The Biancocelesti want to pick up the 24-year-old this summer and are planning to submit an offer next month, hoping for a loan deal with a buy option attached, with Juventus also contributing to his salary.
