Chelsea fans have been going wild on social media after spotting Mason Mount’s quite remarkable body transformation.

Mount is currently on his holidays after competing in Euro 2020 with England, a well-earned rest for a player who played an enormous amount of football last season.

We’ve now been granted insight into just how Mount is able to cope with the physical exertion, with the 22-year-old taking to Instagram to show off his ripped physique.

Mount is looking in quite superb shape – credit to him – and it’s all the more impressive when you consider how slender he was upon first joining up with the Chelsea squad.

When Frank Lampard brought the midfielder into the fold following a successful loan spell with Derby County, he was merely a boy, and it shows in the photos.

Mount now has the look of a top footballer, with these Chelsea fans on Twitter absolutely loving to see it…
