AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli should make a change to his formation for tonight’s game against Inter at San Siro, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport believes that the Rossoneri should line up in a 4-3-3 formation with Ciprian Tatarusanu protected by a back four of Davide Calabria, Simon Kjaer, Pierre Kalulu and Theo Hernandez, with Fikayo Tomori out injured.

Junior Messias, Sandro Tonali and Rade Krunic are expected to be the midfield trio as Pioli will seemingly choose to try and protect the defensive department and compact the team a bit more, with the Brazilian playing in a position that he is yet to occupy for the Rossoneri.

The front three is expected to then consist of Alexis Saelemaekers on the right wing, Olivier Giroud as the centre-forward and Rafael Leao on the left.

Probable Inter XI (3-5-2): Onana; Skriniar, Acerbi, Bastoni; Darmian, Barella, Calhanoglu, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Lautaro, Dzeko.

Probable Milan XI (4-3-3): Tatarusanu; Calabria, Kjaer, Kalulu, Theo; Messias, Tonali, Krunic; Saelemaekers, Giroud, Leao.
