Paris Saint-Germain continues to discuss a possible contract extension with Kylian Mbappé. The latest rumors surrounding their interest in Paul Pogba could play a role in trying to keep the 22-year-old.

The PSG forward is very close with the 28-year-old as they’re teammates with the France national team and won the FIFA World Cup in 2018.

Marca writes that adding Pogba brings a French element to a dressing room dominated by Spanish-speaking players.

Nonetheless, they add that before the capital club can think of Pogba, they need to sell players such as Rafinha, Ander Herrera, and other players that don’t fit into Les Parisiens’ long-term plans.

Despite Pogba having one year left on his contract, the Spanish media outlet reports that the Manchester United midfielder will cost no less than €60-million.

As reports continue to grow louder regarding the interest the French giants have in Pogba, at some point, Mbappé will need to decide whether this project is something he wants to be a part of long-term, especially if they land Pogba.
