Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly be in the mix for a center-back this summer transfer window. The capital club has their eyes on Leny Yoro, but the Parisians might not be putting all their eyes in the Frenchman’s basket as they have other alternatives.

PSG’s strategy of injecting youth into their center-back role has already shown promising results. Lucas Beraldo seamlessly integrated into the squad during the January transfer window, proving the club’s ability to nurture young talent.

As a result, the youth movement will continue as Sports Zone reports that PSG club chief Antero Henrique wants to bring Gonçalo Inácio out of Sporting Lisbon.

In Paris, the preferred track remains Lenny Yoro, but Antero wants to place the Portuguese in the event of failure. The player was also offered to Liverpool and has been followed for over a year.

So, this summer there could be a strong market for the 22-year-old defender, who has made 38 appearances in all competitions while also contributing four goals and one assist.

How much would the Portuguese defender cost? Transfermarkt values the player at €40 million. Nonetheless, expect that figure to increase as multiple top European clubs want the player.
