Paris Saint-Germain and Kylian Mbappé find themselves in plenty of news off the pitch. A recent report suggests that the star forward would like to leave the capital club as soon as possible.

According to various outlets, the 23-year-old is disappointed by the management side with how the team has been built following the summer transfer window.

Nonetheless, former France international Samir Nasri wants his fellow countryman to get out of all the off-the-pitch stories and play football again.

“The player is fantastic,” Nasri said on Canal Plus (h/t Paris Fans). “He is for me, in the future, the best player in the world, he has all the qualities for it. But he is in too many stories: the image rights of the French team, the penalty gate, yesterday that, before that a year to make his choice between PSG and Real Madrid, where he left all the world in suspense.

“When your name comes out too much, people start getting tired of you. He has so much talent. As soon as there is a rumor about him, he should deny it if it is not true and play football. And everyone will start loving him again.”

When Mbappé extended his contract with PSG, many assumed that these types of stories would at least stay away for a while with the forward under contract until 2025.

Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see what happens next with this saga and whether it’s being blown out of proportion or if there’s fire to the smoke. Sporting advisor Luis Campos has denied that Mbappé wants out, so only time will tell what occurs next.
