Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo Goes is delighted to be in the Champions League semifinals.

Rodrygo scored at Manchester City as Real eventually won their quarterfinal on penalties.

He told TNT Brasil: "I feel great now, things are going in the right direction. It's the second time that I scored goals against them and thanks to these goals we eliminated them. Very happy, I'm very happy.

"We knew that there would be parts of the match in which we would suffer more and that we would have to lower the defensive line. The idea was to do as in the first half because they would control, but our counterattacks would be very dangerous. The first half was very good. The second was more difficult, but we showed that Real Madrid are not afraid of suffering, the important thing is to pass.

"It will be very difficult (against Bayern Munich) as it was against Manchester City. Here you always suffer to win and against Bayern it will be no different. We need to stay focused. Now the Clsico arrives and we think about La Liga, but obviously first we return to Madrid. How do I celebrate? Playing video games. We will go back with family and friends and celebrate."
