Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti insists new contract talks aren't the priority of Luka Modric.
The veteran's deal expires in June.
Ancelotti said, Everyone is talking about next season except us. Luka is focused and what we want to do is finish this season strongly and compete until the end. We'll deal with the future of the players when the season is over because we have time. Nobody's interested in talking about his future now.
The feeling I have is that I think Modri is in good shape to fight for the season, just like the others. We all feel the same way and we want to finish the season strongly.
"This is a very important month. We're in a great situation to give our best and my players don't think about what they're going to do in the future."
