Real Madrid defender Eder Militao was delighted being part of victory at Real Sociedad.

After completing the full 90, Militao was happy after recovering from an ACL injury.

Militao said: "I'm very happy, after eight months out. I've come back to play 90 minutes and I feel like a player again after many months out.

"It was the game I expected. I thought I was going to get more tired because I was out for so long, but with the help of the team it was a great game. The communication with my teammates is fundamental, when I'm playing I try to talk to them as much as possible to help.

"We have to keep winning, we know that nothing is won yet. We have a big advantage, but we have to keep doing a serious job until the end.

"We work hard. It doesn't matter when the coach changes the players. We keep in mind that we have to come in with hot blood to defend. I think we showed today that we are a group."
