Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea is under consideration at Real Madrid for next season.

De Gea has remained without a club since his release by United last summer - but has not retired.

Relevo says last August, after the injury suffered to Thibaut Courtois, De Gea was convinced that a call from Real would arrive.

De Gea was one of Real Madrid's targets after the Belgian's ACL setback, but Los Blancos chose to take Kepa Arrizabalaga on loan from Chelsea.

However, Real could revive interest in De Gea for next season with Kepa to be sent back to Chelsea and Andriy Lunin ready to leave for regular senior football.
