Real Sociedad striker Brais Mendez admits their team spirit is something he's never before experienced.

Mendez has been impressive in attack for La Real and has hailed the unity within the squad.

He said, "It is not normal in a locker room for you to get together with six or eight of the team on any given Tuesday for dinner, or for someone to write that they have reserved a restaurant and let's see who signs up.

"It's not normal in a professional locker room, where people tend to go more on their own, but that does happen here. And, furthermore, you don't have the stress of other cities, here you can lead a normal life, go to have breakfast in peace somewhere at nine in the morning...

"Look, on the first day Remiro gave me a list of restaurants, daycare centers, dog grooming salons, taxis, what you need in a city when you arrive new and more things... I, to be honest, didn't know. I never did when I was in Vigo and I could have done it... Each dressing room is different and you see things here that catch your attention."
