Chelsea are going to have a massive clear out this summer as they prepare to rebuild the team from top to bottom, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek is one of the players deemed surplus to requirements.

AC Milan have shown interest in Loftus-Cheek since the two clubs played in the Champions League last year, and they decided that this summer would be the time they make an official move.

The final fee for Ruben Loftus-Cheek is expected to be around €20million, and it's a sale that will help Chelsea in regards to FFP.  The player has a year left on his deal, so the club would rather sell as opposed to losing him on a free next summer.

AC Milan are progressing in talks with Chelsea and the player, and the expectation is that a deal will be completed in the coming weeks.
