Andrea Conti returned to AC Milan this summer after a loan deal at Parma, but the Rossoneri are looking to offload the defender until the end of the transfer market.

The 27-year-old right-back joined Milan in 2017 in a series of transfer market moves conducted by the Chinese ownership, but never managed to convinced at the San Siro, also due to numerous ACL injuries.

In the January transfer market, the Italian joined Parma on loan with an obligation to buy which would be triggered only in the case of the club’s survival in Serie A, which was not the case.

The media have speculated that Roberto D’Aversa, formerly the coach of Parma and the current manager of Sampdoria, would like to reunite with Conti at the Ligurian club.

However, according to reports from Sampnews24 (via Milannews.it), it now seems that Sampdoria will not look for new full-backs on the transfer market, seeing as Nicola Murru and Fabio Depaoli have returned from their loan spells.
