AS Roma midfielder Houssem Aouar was delighted to score in victory at Cagliari.
Aouar also says he's enjoying his football under Roma coach Jose Mourinho.
He told dznews.dz: "It was a complicated match.
"In Italy there is a lot of intensity, aggression and tactics. We won because we needed points. I'm also happy to have scored, so I arrive here in good shape and I hope to bring it to the (Algeria) national team what I know how to do.
"Have Mourinho's words motivated me? Yes, always."
