Sassuolo chief Giovanni Carnevale admits Premier League interest has arrived for Davide Frattesi.

Manchester United and Brighton are among English clubs to have been linked with the midfielder.

"I hear information that many Italian clubs have contacted Frattesi, but no one is talking to us," Carnevale told DAZN.

"As far as I know, the Premier League is the only market for Frattesi, and we have had some contacts there."

Frattesi's contract with Sassuolo runs until the summer of 2026.
