Chelsea’s transfer window has been very difficult to keep up with of late with all sorts of rumours and contrasting reports being circulated.

This is totally normal for silly season of course, but it feels even worse for Chelsea this summer due to having new owners who want to back the manager and have a big first transfer window to make a statement.

Sources: The latest on Chelsea’s plans for returning loan players this summer.

We have been hearing about one transfer saga for well over a year now, and all top sources expected him to be the first arrival through the door this summer. However, Jules Kounde has not arrived at Chelsea from Sevilla yet, and many people started believing that this historic transfer saga was over and he would not be coming now.

But, that also isn’t the case, and this move is far from over, according to the reliable Matt Law of The Telegraph.

He says that Chelsea are still in talks to sign Kounde.
