Torino coach Ivan Juric feels that Inter Milan’s triumph in this season’s Serie A title race was a deserved one.

Juric spoke in a press conference ahead of tomorrow’s clash with the newly-crowned champions, via FCInter1908. He expressed his hope for a good match against the Nerazzurri.

Inter head into tomorrow’s match against Torino knowing that there work is, for all intents and purposes, done.

That does not mean that there is nothing left for the Nerazzurri to fight for.

Inter will still be chasing as high of a points total as possible for the season. There are also records such as clean sheets in a season, goals scored, and goal difference in a single campaign on the table.

Then, of course, there is the pride of a team with more enthusiasm than ever after clinching the Serie A title with five matches to go.

Torino, on the other hand, will be keen to show that they are up to the task against the champions.

It has been something of an uneven season for the Granata. As, truthfully, all three of Juric’s at helm have been.

At their best, Torino have been able to give any opposition in Serie A a tough match.

But all too often, that has not translated to a real string of positive results.

But that will make it all the more enticing for Torino to try and get a surprise result against the team who have won 27 matches in the league this season, drawn six, and lost just once.

Torino Coach Ivan Juric: Inter “Deserved Champions Of Serie A”

Torino coach Juric said that “A tough match awaits us. Against the strongest team in Italy.”

“Inter deservedly won the Serie A title,” the coach continued.

“And for that I have to congratulate them.”

“Now we want to be at our best, so we can try to take as many points as possible,” Juric added.

Juric noted that “They’re playing in front of a full stadium of their fans.”

“They’ll want to prove their worth. But in the end, we shouldn’t care – we have to play our game.”

“They’re a strong team, and we want to have a great match,” the Torino coach added.
