Tottenham Hotspur are ramping up efforts to secure the signature of Crystal Palace’s dynamic midfielder, Eberechi Eze.

Manager Ange Postecoglou has expressed keen interest in bringing the talented Englishman to the club, prompting Spurs to take proactive steps towards making the transfer a reality.

According to the latest report from Football Transfers, Eze’s representatives have been extended invitations as special guests to attend Tottenham’s highly anticipated North London derby against Arsenal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium over the weekend.

This follows a similar gesture made by Spurs last month, where Eze’s entourage was allocated a private box during the London derby clash against Palace.

The 25-year-old midfielder has shown glimpses of his quality throughout the season, including a stunning free-kick goal in the recent match against the North London club.

Despite facing injury setbacks, Eze has maintained consistent performance levels, contributing 8 goals and 3 assists in 23 appearances for Palace.

While Manchester City have also expressed interest in Eze, reports suggest that the midfielder may favour a move to Tottenham due to family ties.

With a reported transfer fee of around €64 million, Spurs appear poised to make a significant investment to secure Eze’s services.

Tottenham’s proactive approach in wooing Eze and his representatives signals the club’s serious intent in acquiring the midfielder.

With the club reportedly set for a substantial summer transfer budget at their disposal, Spurs are well-positioned to make a compelling offer for the Crystal Palace star.

As negotiations progress, Tottenham fans will be eager to see if Eze will join the club next season.
