Crystal Palace midfielder Eberechi Eze has been linked with a move away from the club at the end of the season.

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with the player in recent weeks and a report from Tottenham news via TeamTalk claims that the North London outfit will have to offer the player £120,000 per week in order to convince him.

Eze will have to be offered a five-year contract as well.

The 25-year-old has established himself as a quality player for Crystal Palace in the Premier League and he is certainly good enough to play for clubs like Tottenham. He has six goals and three assists this season.

He is versatile enough to operate as the number ten as well as a winger. He will add creativity, flair and vision in the final third. Spurs have been overly dependent on James Maddison for creativity and they need more quality in the side.

The Crystal Palace star will be attracted to the idea of playing for Tottenham next season and they might be able to offer him Champions League football as well.

It will be interesting to see if the London outfit are prepared to spend the substantial amount of money for the player. A fee in the region of £50 million will be required to sign the player who has a contract with Palace until the summer of 2027.

The 25-year-old might feel that this is the right time for him to take the next step in his career and join a club capable of challenging for trophies. A move to Tottenham would be ideal for him.
