Chelsea have added another Premier League defender to their transfer shortlist according to one transfer insider this week.
Top sources such as Fabrizio Romano has recently reported that Chelsea could well look to sign a new centre back in January, and it looks like they are shortlisting names that they like and could make a move to sign.
And according to transfer insider Simon Phillips on his personal Substack site today, Chelsea have added Wolves centre back Max Kilman to their shortlist.
Simon explains that Kilman has been on Chelsea’s radar since the summer of 2022, and they even considered moving for him before they signed Benoit Badiashile. But he has come back to their attention again with internal discussions over potentially making a move to sign him.
As January approaches, we are in for many of these transfer stories coming up as Chelsea look to make a couple more signings at least.
