Goalkeeper coach Luigi Turci says Stefano Pioli would be a "guarantee" for any club.
Pioli is under pressure at AC Milan.
And he could be on the move to Napoli this summer.
Turci has worked with Pioli in the past and told Radio Punto Nuovo: "I worked with him at Milan, he is a guarantee for any club.
"He has earned a winning CV and the results speak for him. And then he is a very real person, he resembles Spalletti in the human relationship he has with the players, were De Laurentiis to turn to Mister Pioli, he would go without fail."
