Lazio could sell Toma Basic this summer as two Bundesliga clubs and Udinese have set their sights on the midfielder.

The 26-year-old joined the Biancocelesti from Bordeaux in the summer of 2021 for around €7 million. He has struggled to slot into Maurizio Sarri’s squad over the last two seasons, seeing just 2308 minutes of action across 69 total appearances.

The Roman club are willing to sell Basic this summer and now clubs across Europe have started to come forward for the Croatian midfielder.

As reported by Nicolo Schira and La Lazio Siamo Noi, Augsburg and another Bundesliga club have started to explore a move for Basic this summer, and they’ve now been joined by Udinese as well.

The Biancocelesti are willing to accept an offer of around €8-9 million for the 26-year-old. Udinese sold Lazar Samardzic to Inter and have identified Basic as a strong replacement, so talks with the Roman club are now ongoing.
