Valencia attacker Hugo Duro hailed their victory over Atletico Madrid.

Los Che stunned Atletico 3-0 with Duro scoring twice.

Duro said, "It was a perfect game because, apart from the fact that we won, they did not create any chances and Giorgi (Marmardashvili) only made one or two saves. That speaks of the job the team did. We have to continue in the same way and not relax.

"We knew that Atletico Madrid had high-quality players and the way we approached the game was the best way, being intense and taking advantage of the spaces. We made a great reading of the game and we achieved the victory.

"The passes from Sergi (Cans) and Fran (Prez) were very good and now I'm going to continue working and thank them too. I'm very happy.

"As long as they help, I hope to score every matchday. Goals have to give you points, and today I am happy because mine did that."
