Real Madrid is doing everything within its power to land Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappé before the summer transfer window closes on Tuesday.
This weekend, Los Blancos came away with a 1-0 victory over Real Betis, and following the match, defender Dani Carvajal spoke postgame where Goal relayed his comments.
After answering questions over the win, Carvajal was asked about the possibility of the 22-year-old joining Real Madrid in the coming days, and the Spanish defender didn’t hide his excitement about having a teammate such as Mbappé.
“Hopefully [Mbappe] can join us before the window closes, he’s a great player and would be some reinforcement,” Carvajal said.
