The young German midfielder showed why he is rated so highly during the World Cup where he was his nation’s stand-out player despite them going home early.

He was the star of the show on Sunday when Bayern Munich blitzed Wolfsburg 4-2 and regained their stranglehold on the league.

Musiala turned into prime Messi as he danced past defenders and drove towards the box before slotting home.

The 19-year-old instantly drew comparisons with Lionel Messi for his quick feet and dynamic dribbling and it’s easy to see why he is one of the most sought-after players in the world.

He has been pivotal for Bayern and although there have been murmur’s about a potential move elsewhere, we can’t see the German champions letting him go anytime soon.
