CBS Sports’ coverage of the Champions League is BACK, which can only mean one thing: Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards causing havoc on the TV screens.

While CBS Sports is an American channel and those watching European football in Europe are unable to enjoy the punditry live, they do consistently post the best bits on Twitter – and they’re not geoblocked (woohoo!)

The TV channel has recruited Sky Sports’ Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards to cover the Champions League, with the pair forming a quite hilarious – and rather mischievous – duo.

Manchester United legend Peter Schmeichel joined them on the planet for Tuesday night’s show. During his appearance he said he’d be open to helping his former side in any way he could, reiterating how much he loves them.

Carragher was quick to remind Schmeichel that he did in fact sign for United’s arch-rivals Manchester City, which pokes holes in the Dane’s claims. As you expect, Carra’s comment sent the studio into hysterics. Brilliant!
