Wladimiro Falcone ( Lecce) and Franco Israel (Sporting CP) are among the Torino targets to replace Napoli-bound Vanja Milinkovic-Savic.
Torino are looking for replacements for their goalkeeper Milinkovic-Savic, who is expected to join Napoli this summer.
Cagliari’s Elia Caprile, a former Napoli player, was one of Torino’s primary targets. However, the Sardinians have recently made Caprile’s loan move permanent for €8m and are seeking at least double that fee for a summer move.
Lecce’s Falcone is also on the Granata’s agenda, but a new name has emerged in recent hours, which we can exclusively reveal: Sporting CP goalkeeper Israel.
Israel’s contract with the Portuguese club runs out in June 2027.
Israel is a former Juventus goalkeeper who spent four years in the Bianconeri’s youth sector from 2018 to 2022, making 59 appearances with Juventus U23 and 27 with their U19 squad.
The Uruguay international joined Sporting CP for circa €700,000 in 2022 and has won the Portuguese title twice.
