When Marcus Thuram return will return is the question on the minds of both Cristian Chivu and Inter Milan fans, and the good news is that there is not long to wait.

Exactly one month after picking up an injury against Slavia Prague on September 30, the French forward was back.

Indeed, he returned to partial training on Thursday, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Thuram completed part of the session with his teammates before switching to an individual program.

Furthermore, he is expected to repeat that today.

From Saturday, however, he will rejoin the squad in full.

Inter Milan Star Thuram To Return Against Kairat

“Chivu will decide whether to take him to Verona, though it’s far from certain,” the newspaper explains.

“If he is called up, Marcus would likely start on the bench at the Bentegodi.”

In other words, Thuram’s true return to action is expected to come in the Champions League clash against Kairat Almaty next week.

Lautaro Martinez will reportedly be rested for the match against the Kazakh side.

Therefore, this could give Thuram the opportunity for a gentle reintroduction.
