La Repubblica newspaper confirms that Juventus’ negotiations to sign Jadon Sancho are at an advanced stage, with the Old Lady’s director, Damien Comolli, aiming to finalise a deal by July 24, when the Bianconeri begin their pre-season.
Juventus are in advanced talks to sign Sancho from Manchester United and hope to secure the Englishman’s services by next week.
Football Italia reported last week that Sancho had prioritised a move to Juventus this summer after returning from a one-season loan spell at Chelsea.
Repubblica (via Ilbianconero.com) confirms Sancho’s agent has arrived in Turin to finalise negotiations with the Bianconeri.
Manchester United’s initial asking price for Sancho was €25m, but the Serie A giants will likely get a discount, and their latest bid, submitted earlier this week, was close to €17m.
Juventus have also reached an agreement to make Francisco Conceiçao’s loan move permanent, so they are preparing to sell Nico Gonzalez before closing a deal for Sancho.
