There will not be any travelling Lecce supporters at the San Siro for the Puglian team’s Serie A match against Inter on Sunday evening.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that a ban on the supporters of the newly-promoted club travelling to matches has been handed out which will mean that they will not attend the match.

The away section of the San Siro had been sold out for this weekend’s Serie A clash between Inter and Lecce, with around four thousand fans of the Puglian club having been set to be in attendance.

However, a ban from the sporting authorities in Italy has meant that these fans will not be allowed to travel to attend the match.

Accordingly, all of the tickets have been reimbursed for the match, and there will not be any fans of Lecce at the match.
