Manchester United captain Harry Maguire has tied the knot with his wife, Fern Hawkins.

The duo got married on Friday in the south of France.

Maguire, 29, has shared a photograph from the wedding on Instagram, in which he is pictured proudly kissing his wife during the ceremony.

He captained the image with: “a day I’ll never forget”.

We would like to congratulate Maguire and Hawkins on their special day.

United team-mate, Marcus Rashford, decided to propose to his partner this summer, so there will be a lot of love in the air when everyone returns to training.

Well, hopefully.

Maguire will look to bounce back from what was a terrible campaign in 2021/22 and it will be interesting to see what sort of role he will have in the team under new manager Erik ten Hag, especially with his role as captain being up in the air.
