Atalanta would accept bids worth €40 million for Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid target Ademola Lookman, but only from clubs outside Serie A.
This via Italian outlet FCInterNews. La Dea will not, however, accept a bid of that size from Inter.
Yesterday, Inter Milan really made their move for Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman.
The Nerazzurri made an offer worth €40 million. They offered Atalanta a loan containing a purchase obligation, which would be at that fee.
However, La Dea have rejected that first bid from Inter. They want a higher fee, with reports suggesting that they could hold out for €50 million.
However, Atalanta would reportedly accept offers of €40 million for Ademola Lookman. Just not from clubs in Serie A.
The Bergamo-based club would, however, be ready to sell the Nigerian international for around that fee, if it is to a club abroad.
Atletico Madrid are also keen to sign Lookman.
Therefore, Atalanta are reportedly hoping to sell the 27-year-old to the Colchoneros instead. Their preference is to sell to a club abroad.
Therefore, Atletico could have a boost over Inter to try and sign Lookman.
