Thomas Tuchel has been asked about what he thinks Chelsea’s aims for the season should be, and he was predictably coy about it.

He said that he “didn’t want to put any pressure” on his team by setting lofty goals, and in a very managerial way insisted that it was all about their next game – against Tottenham, if you didn’t already know.

The goal should be winning the league, especially after spending all this money – and Tuchel knows it, even if he won’t say it.
