Simona Halep’s case continues to make headlines as more and more people react to the new information related to the hearing. Weeks after the Romanian was released from her ban, there was other information about the hearing. 

According to the CAS, they had reduced Halep’s ban to just 9 months after finding her only half guilty. With this, Halep is now free to continue her career. Just as she was about to settle down, another fact surfaced on the internet. 

There were comments on the CAS about blindly going over Halep’s case and ignoring facts like pharmacokinetics. Furthermore, even the doctors had expressed opinions, stating that Halep must have taken the supplement 5,000 times for it to be detected. 

Now, the former coaches of Halep have taken the stage to stand up for their players. Darren Cahill took it to X to highlight a tweet and call out the organizations for not stopping all the false accusations. 

It’s time for the false accusations and false narratives to stop. The tennis bodies need to do better. Tweeted Cahill after more and more accusations started filling up X.

Cahill was a huge part of Halep’s rise to the top. He had coached the Romanian for six years and was annoyed with the rising accusations made by journalists. Coming to the aid of his former player, the coach hit back at the journalists and the organizations.

Romanian tennis ace Simona Halep has just gotten out of the ban, and the world awaits her next steps. On her return, the two-time Grand Slam titlist got a wildcard entry to the Miami Open and lost in the first round to Paula Badosa

Halep answers all the fan questions in an interview with the WTA. One of those main questions is what is next for the Romanian. She revealed that, as of now, there is no plan, but she wants to play many tournaments in hopes of getting her rhythm back. 

There are speculations not in favor of Halep, but she is not short of people who don’t hesitate to support her. The whole world waits to see if any new news arises, but until then, Halep is clear to play the tournaments.
