Barbora Krejcikova thrilled her homeland crowd by rallying to beat World No. 1 and top seed Iga Swiatek of Poland 5-7, 7-6 (4), 6-3 in the final in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

Krejcikova, 26, lifted her fifth career trophy and second in as many weeks after taking the title at the Tallinn Open in Estonia last weekend. She recorded the only service break of the decisive set in the eighth game and then finally put Swiatek away on her sixth match point.

Krejcikova saved seven of 11 break points and converted four of 10 break chances in a marathon match that lasted three hours and 16 minutes, handing Swiatek just her second loss in 12 career tour-level singles finals.
