Among the strange and fascinating sights of Penacony’s Dreamscapes are not just sentient trashcans and robotic t-rex chefs – even bottles and glasses have gained consciousness. In Golden Hour, the first Dreamscape you enter after arriving on Penacony, you’ll encounter one sentient Crystal Chalice that seems hard-pressed by three potential suitors: a bottle of cheap wine, a bottle of rum, and a bottle of golden champagne.
Each has different personalities and the Crystal Chalice simply can’t decide between the three possible partners. Luckily, the helpful Trailblazer is there to play matchmaker. But which of the drinks is the right one for the Crystal Chalice?
There isn’t really a correct answer to this question. You’re completely free to advise the Crystal Chalice to choose either of the three and none of those decisions leads to immediate happiness for the involved parties. Personally, I chose to match the Crystal Chalice with her lost childhood friend, the rum. I’m sure there’s a way to psychoanalyze me based on that choice, but whatever.
Meeting the pair afterwards, it looked like things are a bit awkward between them, as rum is too careful around Crystal Chalice, fearing to make a wrong move. I really hope they can work it out.
