Skull and Bones starts you off in what can barely even be described as a boat – more a floating piece of driftwood with a rag attached. To get something bigger, you’ll be tasked with going out and harvesting some acacia wood from nearby islands so you can get your hands on the first proper tier of boat in the game.

We’ll tell you where to find acacia wood and how to harvest it.

Acacia location in Skull and Bones

To find acacia open your map and have a look around, for this mission all of the places acacia can be found will be highlighted on your map, but you can still zoom in and see the wood icon whenever you need to find them. Our map above shows all of the locations in the immediate area surrounding the mission location.

How to harvest acacia in Skull and Bones

You don’t need to leave your ship to harvest resources in this game. Instead, pull up alongside the glowing spot and interact, from there you’ll need to play a small minigame where you press the button while your cursor is in the green section to harvest the wood.

Other players can also harvest these spots but don’t worry, they respawn very quickly, so you won’t need to wait long if you’re beaten to the punch.
