Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese caused some online stir over the past week after she deactivated her Instagram account without explanation. The decision left her fans baffled, with many even coming to her defense and calling out the haters who could have caused her to make such a drastic move.
On Wednesday, however, Reese made her return to Instagram and shared several stories. She also made her first post since her New Year's Day flex, where she showed her New Year's Eve outfit along with a message to her haters.
In her latest post and first since returning to Instagram, Reese shared with her 4.6 million followers on the platform that she's the cover girl for the winter issue of Vogue magazine.
"COVERGIRL. IT’S ALWAYS BEEN BOTH: BASKETBALL AND FASHION," the Sky star wrote in the caption of her post.
Aside from that, Angel Reese's Instagram Stories was also filled with several behind-the-scenes looks from her Vogue cover photoshoot, as well as videos from her recent workouts and other activities with her Unrivaled team, Rose BC.
By the looks of it, Reese is truly back to her usual social media activities. However, it remains to be seen if she will ever address the reason for deactivating her Instagram.
For what it's worth, despite deactivating her IG account, she has been active on X and TikTok and never took a social media hiatus.
