Cameras Catch Aliyah Boston's Behavior Toward Fan After Post-Game Incident

The Indiana Fever's preseason win over the Atlanta Dream on Saturday night ended with a bit of controversy.

This is after Fever star Aliyah Boston was seen having what appeared to be an intense conversation with Dream player Naz Hillmon shortly after the final buzzer. In a video that has been making its rounds on social media, Hillmon is seen approaching Boston after the game, which resulted in the pair exchanging words.

Boston quickly shed light on the incident via social media, though. The former Rookie of the Year explained that it was nothing more than two friends having a conversation after a battle on the court, which Hillmon confirmed in her own post.

Boston was then seen sharing a moment with the fans shortly after the incident. As she made her way to the locker room, the two-time All-Star stopped to sign autographs for a number of Fever fans who attended the game at Gateway Center Arena in Georgia.

Boston even borrowed a Sharpie from a fan to sign an item for another supporter.

Boston might be one of the most popular players in the WNBA right now, but she still makes sure to go out of her way to meet with her fans. Such was the case on Saturday night as she showed her appreciation to the supporters who came to see Indiana win their preseason finale on the road.

Boston played just 20 minutes in the warm-up game, though, registering nine points on 3-of-7 shooting, five rebounds, an assist and a steal.

The next time fans will see Boston and the Fever in action will be on May 17 when they kick off their campaign with a much-awaited clash against Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky. These two teams have one of, if not the biggest, rivalries in the league today, and the WNBA has wasted no time rekindling the flame.
