Caitlin Clark took another big step in expanding her horizon beyond basketball on Thursday. This is after the Indiana Fever star announced her new picture book entitled “EXTRAordinary! A Little EXTRA to Reach BIG Dreams.”
On top of being one of the top players in the WNBA, Clark is now also a children’s book author. Her new picture book, published by Penguin Random House, is set for release on Nov. 3. The hardcover will retail for $19.99.
According to the website, Clark “shares a personal message about the foundation of her success on and off the basketball court: that love and joy matter most” in the new book.
Clark announced her new book via an Instagram post on Thursday.
“BIG NEWS! I wrote a picture book Illustrated by @adriillustration. Available wherever books are sold on November 3rd, 2026! Pre-order your copy from @randomhousekids at the link in their bio,” the 24-year-old captioned her post.

“She’s an author!!!” wrote Lexie Hull.
“Yesss just for me ” rookie Raven Johnson replied.
“author CC ” posted the Fever.
“” reacted former Indiana guard Aerial Powers.
“Can’t want to have this in my classroom” said ex-teammate Jada Gyamfi.
The outpouring of support speaks volumes about how the Fever players stand behind each other both on and off the court.
The 3-2 Fever will be back in action on Friday for their next game. They will host the Golden State Valkyries in a home matchup at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, with tipoff scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.
