Sophie Cunningham Catches Attention in Fever's Latest Post with Gesture She's Known For

Sophie Cunningham continues to bring the heat both on and off the court with her striking presence following her debut with the Indiana Fever.

Known for her fearless and fiery energy, it's no surprise that she became one of the fan favorites and a rising force in the WNBA.

Interestingly, fans got to see her fun and playful side ahead of the team’s showdown with the Atlanta Dream for the preseason on Saturday.

In a post shared by the Fever’s official Instagram, the players arrived at the Gateway Center Arena filled with excitement, especially the 28-year-old guard.

“Let’s get to work,” the caption reads with a series of snaps and videos showing the players in their pregame outfits.

One clip showed Cunningham walking alongside Lexie Hull. The two looked like twins with their blonde hair and casual outfits.

However, what truly caught fans' attention wasn’t the duo’s pregame look but Cunningham’s playful gesture.

The video showed the former Phoenix Mercury player with a cheeky wink then breaking into a quick shimmy as she locked eyes with the camera.

“Sophie always something,” one wrote.

“We’re all a little bit in love with Sophie,” a fan added.

Cunningham’s undeniable charisma and energy stole the hearts of Fever fans, quickly making her a beloved figure on the team.

“Can’t keep up with Sophie’s energy,” a fan chimed in.

“Sophie Swag,” as one Fever fan put it, while another commented, “Love seeing Sophie cracking up in that clip.... Go Fever!”

This gesture wasn’t something new from the Fever guard. In fact, she often smiled and added playful touches to her interactions, showcasing her infectious charm.

On the other hand, Fever managed to secure an 81-76 victory against the Dream.

Unfortunately for Cunningham, she suffered a right ankle injury during the preseason finale, going down in the third quarter.
