AEW wrestler Riho is currently in the process of renewing her visa.

In a Friday night post to her Instagram stories, Riho informed fans that she's currently in Japan to renew her visa. She doesn't know when she'll be returning to AEW.

She wrote:

I am currently in Japan for renew my VISA. I don’t know when I will return to AEW. Please stay healthy and enjoy your life until then

Riho's most recent match was against Willow Nightingale in the main event of the Big Business edition of AEW Dynamite on March 13. Nightingale defeated Riho to win that match.

In February, Riho returned to AEW after having been away since December's Worlds End pay-per-view. She unsuccessfully challenged Toni Storm for the AEW Women's World Championship at Worlds End.

Riho defeated Trish Adora in February and Kris Statlander in March prior to her loss against Nightingale at Big Business.

As the inaugural champion, Riho held the AEW Women's World title from October 2019 to February 2020.
