Cash Wheeler, real name Daniel Wheeler, is facing one count of aggravated assault with a firearm after being arrested on Friday morning by the Orlando Police Department.

The Orlando Sentinel reports Wheeler was booked in Circuit Court, according to county records. No further details were given.

FTR (Wheeler and Dax Harwood) is currently the AEW Tag Team Champions. They’re scheduled to defend the titles against The Young Bucks at the All In pay-per-view event on August 27th from Wembley Stadium. 

He has been in the wrestling business for 18 years, where he spent six of those in WWE as part of The Revival before leaving and joining AEW in 2020. Since then, they’ve gone on to become one of AEW’s top acts.

Harwood nor AEW have yet to comment on the arrest.
